Bracken Hide Hotel - Portree

the double room for chairs inside the pod had basic facilities you need. an electric kettle and refrigerators were a plus. location: the hotel was close enough to the ocean, the highlands and a hill. bakery mackenzie's bakery located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

The room was spotlessly clean and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle and a fridge. Really enjoyed the location in the region. And it was also close to a hillside, the ocean, and restaurants during the day.

We truly enjoyed the comforts of this hip new hotel. The room was comfy and beautiful had all we needed, it was complete with amazing view, the bathroom. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect and excellent, not far from the main shops and restaurants, the mountains and restaurants. Furthermore, in the rolling hillside...

Staying for two nights in a double room offered fine views of the mountains and Portree. The staff's willingness to transport our luggage to the cabins was a thoughtful touch. Dining at Frasers was a culinary delight with fresh, made-from-scratch pizza that was visually excellent and flavorful. Some cabins are located further from the main building, which could be inconvenient, and breakfast was rather basic.

The cabin decor felt as cozy as my favorite quilt, and the amazing views of the hills. The accessibility to the main areas added convenience.

A Cozy Retreat with Fine Views

The mountain views were amazing and added charm to our mornings. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast options available, try the blueberry pancakes! For future guests, don't hesitate to ask the staff for help. They eventually come through.

I loved that the hotel was just a short stroll from Portree Harbour and not far from the fine Quiraing, making it perfect for weekend explorations, and I had a wonderful experience with friendly staff were very good to ensure everything was perfect .

The staff at Bracken Hide Hotel were accommodating . Karen were really good too ensure we had a wonderful departure, providing us with delicious pastries and cheese before we left. We also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our room.

My previous visit to portree didn't compare. The cozy ambiance and modern design here exceeded my expectations. The staff was accommodating.

The cabin was cute and well-decorated, perfect for exploring the beautiful Isle of Skye. The location provided a relaxing atmosphere, and we enjoyed the amazing breakfast included. navigating the stony paths at night was a bit challenging, and there were no lights along the way. it was a decent stay with some charming touches.

The cabin we stayed in had heated floors. Each morning, we savored a delicious breakfast with a menu that let us choose hot dishes, alongside fresh pastries. We could unwind in the evening with a glass of wine on our porch, overlooking the fine views of the harbor and mountains.

Amazing views and cozy vibes

The bed was super comfy, loved the sauna and cold pool-such a unique combo! Breakfast was really good, especially if you order from the kitchen. Just wish the service was a bit more consistent, but the food made up for it!
